Lee Whitwell, MA
Athena Program Lead
Lee graduated from the United States International University with a Masters degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a concentration in leadership and team development.
Lee has facilitated team building events internationally for both corporations, colleges and professional sports teams. She has also worked with elite athletes developing their mental toughness, goal setting management and expectations.
Lee has been teaching tennis and self-defense courses for over 15 years and enjoys working with all ages and abilities, including disabled veterans and junior champions. She helps each individual identify and push through self-imposed limits to achieve their personal bests.
Originally from Gibraltar, Lee is a former women's professional doubles tennis player and currently competes on the professional pickleball tour. Lee enjoys the outdoors including hiking, mountain biking, kayaking and rafting.
