With more than 35 years of industry experience, Jeannie has created a legacy of programs that have helped hundreds of young adults and their families positively transform their lives.
Before founding College Excel in 2003, Jeannie held positions as a wilderness therapy instructor, academic director, parent coach, workshop facilitator, therapist, and teacher, having taught multiple courses on family systems theory, professional ethics, emotional intelligence, the neuroscience of behavioral change, and addiction studies. Additionally, she has consulted with schools and corporations of various size, guiding them to thoughtfully reorganize and develop high performing teams.
Both a Certified Master Coach (CMC) and a Certified Neuro Coach (CNC), Jeannie graduated from the International Graduate School of Master Coaches and is licensed to certify others in the field of behavioral coaching. In 2010, her teacher and mentor, Dr. Srini Pillay - a world-renowned neuroscience researcher, professor, and psychiatrist at Harvard Medical School awarded Jeannie her neurocoaching certificate.
