Emily Peck, MPhil, BS, CNC
Emily holds a Master of Philosophy in International Peace Studies from Trinity College Dublin and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from University of Maryland.
With more than a decade of experience in personal and community development, Emily designs and delivers experiential education and transformational learning programs that inspire a felt sense of belonging. Most recently, she directed a leadership and well-being program on 35 colleges nationwide that provides students with breathing and meditation practices for stress management and resilience, frameworks for happiness and success, positive community for social connection and inclusion and an opportunity to learn leadership through service.
She has a passion for social and environmental change and outdoor adventure that she combines through participation in cycling and mountaineering events like Climate Ride and Climb for Clean Air, which raise funds and awareness for social and environmental impact. For the last 18 years, she has found deep joy through practicing and teaching breath work and meditation to teens, college students and adults.
With certifications in Neuro Coaching (CNC), Positive Psychology, Service-Learning and Community-Based Learning, Emily integrates theory with practice and play to mentor and coach young people and adults with tools and frameworks to manage the personal, academic and professional challenges presented by life in the context of service to positive change.
Emily believes happiness is a shared experience and enjoys spending her free time in nature, climbing mountains, and appreciating art.
