Your home away from home

Though our students are not required to live in College Excel sponsored residences, many like the comfort, security, and camaraderie they provide.

Located in a cozy downtown neighborhood near Central Oregon Community College and Oregon State University-Cascades, College Excel residences are fully furnished 2-4 bedroom homes with separate male and female facilities. Each student typically has one roommate, and the lease includes room, board and utilities - we take care of everything.

Important Policies: To rent a room, students must fill out a rental application and sign a 3-6 month lease. College Excel sponsored residences do not allow any type of drugs or alcohol on their premises. Students are asked to sign an agreement stating they understand this rule, and if they violate it, College Excel reserves the right to ask the student to move out of the residence immediately, forfeiting their lease agreement. We are serious about this rule and expect all residents to comply 100%.
